As well as some of the best coffee you will drink from our coffee machines, companies, colleges and hospitals etc. can also benefit from our fresh food vending, buffets and our Rapid Retreat catering offering.
When you buy or lease a food vending machine from us, you can be assured of top quality food filled by a local operator with fresh food made locally to the machine. We don't tie you in to our food, but if you want us to operate the machine was are happy to do this.
If you simply want the food with no vending machine, we are also able to provide you with a buffet subject to numbers.
Sites with larger numbers of users or visitors should be looking at either an automated canteen of a fully manned service.
Automated Canteen
We don't want to hide our prices, but with so many different bespoke options it is not practical to give you a price list. However, you could have a complete vending solution for up to 300 staff including
• 2 x hot food vending machines
• 1 x cold drink vending machine
• 1 x snack vending machine
• 2 x coffee vending machines (bean-to-cup and freshbrew)
• All the operating including general tidying and sanitising of the area
• Technical support and maintenance
• Ongoing reporting on usage and management meetings
All for under £180 per week plus VAT based on a 5 year agreement and dependent on models of machine selected. This can be as little as HALF the cost of an employee working just one shift Monday to Friday and our machines will work 24/7.
Typical costs work out to be around £2.00 - £3.00 per staff member per month without the need to spend £30,000 - £90,000 on a commercial kitchen!
Smaller solutions are also available for satellite sites and remote locations.
Manned Service
We have the best of both worlds at Vendesent. As well as fully automating your canteen for a lower cost service we can provide a manned service where we will cook and prepare fresh food on site for staff, students, visitors and customers as well as provide for buffets, takeaways and conferences.
Staff numbers can be reduced by selecting the right vending machines so that food is prepared fresh on site in the morning for vending in the afternoon and through the night.
Our staff are trained in basic vending maintenance so you have on-site support during the day.
