Now you have seen some of the solutions we create we hope something here has interested you.
It is often said, but Vendesent really is different. We aren't here just to sell vending machines, we are instead here to create a solution that will work for you, the site owner but also the "end user" who will make use of the machines on a daily basis.
Once you make contact with us, we will discuss the basic options for your needs and budget. If it looks like we are the right company to create your vending solution we will arrange a site visit. During this visit, we will measure the space you have to ensure our machines physically fit and also use our design experience to recommend a machine and branding option to fit aesthetically in with the surroundings. We will also be looking for "traffic flows" to decide where the machines should be sited, but also which way they should face to be easily accessible and appealing to their intended users.
Once we create your solution, you will be introduced to an account manager who will work with you throughout the life of our agreement offering new product samples, talking to users to ensure quality continues and also constantly assessing your needs and adjusting the product range and marketing as needed.
We work closely with the manufacturers Fas UK, Azkoyen, Crane and N&W but will only put these machines in to our suggested solution when they are the best options. Vendesent can use machines from many manufacturers across the world as needed.
Vendesent's engineers work with the basic machine and then add to them to fine tune your solution. If you have an existing ID card system or access card system at your premises, we can often use these cards to provide a cashless vending system. Of course this can be a great advantage for places where staff and customers do not have cash on them and can also help with monitoring and providing subsidies in certain locations. In addition we can set different prices for different times of the day to discourage and encourage usage at certain times. We can even add multimedia screens to the machines if required.
